At Mirabell HK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Mirabell account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Mirabell

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
